Randomness--A.K.A. Vanessa (Me). Randomness is not just something in Statistics (I find mentioning this class ironic because I'm not that fond of it right now), but a way of life, my philosophy. I can make a plan, but my Higher Being and the Powers that Be can change that in an instant. So I just have to go with the flow. Sometimes it's not fun, but I try to remind myself that it won't last forever.
Nessie ***WARNING!!!*** This chick is freaking psycho. She'll do almost anything for attention and will destroy everything in her path when given the room. The sad thing is, she's inside of me, and I've been rallying all the forces I can for years to get her out. Sometimes when I think I am free of her, she taps me on the shoulder and I fall into a deep, indescribable sadness.
But I must digress....
happypsychoticness My philosophy on life before Randomness. From July 19th, 2003: "It's not just a name, it's an emotion.
You can be a little psychotic at times, but you're still pretty okay or happy. And the ness, well, you know where that comes from."
Ness/Nessa Other nicknames for me, but less evil. I don't know why, but they just are.
V My nickname now. I like it because it helps with my brevity issue, and more of my friends are calling me by it now.

Mom I love this woman. Gawd, she gave me life; I will always love her. Even when I get angry at her. It may seem from the past entries that I was not on good terms with Moms, but that was because I was a different, less grounded person then. I wanted to get out and see the world, but my wings hadn't grown yet, so it was hard. Now I am in awe of what I am seeing. So maybe I should have pushed a little bit more for independence....oh, I don't know. Moms always said that everything happens in time, and I think she's right.
Dad He is one of the hardest working men on the planet. I feel blessed to have him in my life, even if only for a few minutes/hours at a time. When I was younger, I didn't understand why there was such a distance, and I couldn't deal with it, but now that I am in a college that is four hours away from home, I can. It's hard, but now I know why Dad had to do what he did and make those sacrifices.
Uncle Gilroy Crazy, fun guy. Acts way younger than his age. Girl-crazy. One of of a kind.
Cousin Michael If I were to have an older brother, he would be it. He's been around me since I was born and sticks up for me and listens when he can. He works with Dad a lot now, though, so I rarely see him.
Trevor The only member of the family that is not related. He used to work with my dad a lot, and even went to my 15th birthday party. I remember this because I have a video of it on my old computer, when I was just starting to get into digital photography.
<3 Jeffery<3 My current long distance boyfriend. I've known him since 2006 on Yahoo!, but recently, we reconnected, and we started to become more than friends. Now we are in an open relationship. It's hard, but worth it because he is such an amazing guy!Old Friends:

Ashley My first best friend. We've had our ups, downs, and run arounds, but what great friendship was without quarrels? I wish I had been a better friend back then, though.
Katie Crazy, cool friend. Our opposite personalities complimented each other in its own way. I was more quiet and shy, she was loud and did whatever she wanted. She liked to talk and I listened. I wonder how she's doing now.
Virginia Despite her size, she is full of attitude and will put you in your place when necessary. I also haven't seen her in the longest time. Sometimes we do manage to catch each other on Instant Messenger, but briefly. We're myspace friends.
Jean Another great friend, until she went to a different school Sophomore year without telling me. She was one of the first people I trusted after middle school, so it was really rough the first part of Sophomore year without her.We're Facebook friends, but we haven't actually talked yet.
Brandon He and I met in our Freshman year, but then we started to get to know each other better over Sophomore year because we had IPC together and he sat at my table. After the move in the middle of sophomore year, I never saw him again.
Olivia Olivia and I knew of each other from middle school, but we didn't get to know each other until near the end of Freshman year/start of Sophomore year. And then, of course, I moved.
Ryan Great guy from elementary school. We're now myspace friends.
Laura We were in school together from elementary school to Sophomore year, and yet, we were never really best friends. But we still talk sometimes on myspace and Facebook.
Holly She was a Sophomore when I was in Theatre Arts I in my Freshman year at Ray. She was definitely sophisticated, rich, and beautiful. We're Facebook friends now.
Audry An amazingly sweet girl from my Freshman Pre-AP English I class. And alas, I lost touch with her as well after Sophomore year.
Rachel This nice girl who was a Senior in my Speech class during Freshman year at Ray. She was into Scooby Doo and photography. After freshman year, I never saw her again, though.
Matt Nice guy who was in my Freshman Theatre Arts class.
Jennifer Friend from both Spanish 1 and 2. Miss her too.
There may be some other people I'm missing, but this is a sufficient list for now.
I will probably make another list of people as this blog (hopefully) progresses.

Kim Crazy cool rock chick. We still continued to e-mail each other every now and then after I stopped posting on the site, and now we're Facebook friends.
Shane Ashley's former love interest. She might not have told you this, but I had a little hand in hooking them up. It was kind of awkward, though.

Neville My first pet ever. He was a big, shy guy, but I loved the fella. He taught me responsibility and how to defend myself, especially when my parents didn't want to keep him anymore. Gone to the great beach in the sky.

Rocky My second pet. He was a little guy, but I named him Rocky because he was a fighter and he moved fast and furious. I could barely touch him without him furtively dodging me. He taught me how to love from afar. Also sadly gone to the great beach in the sky.

Dolly A really sweet girl who was in a lot of my classes during my last two years of high school, and hangs out with me whenever I manage to go home from college.
Mario Nice guy who gives great hugs. Miss him!
College Friends (mentioned so far)
Amy She's a girl who won't let anything hold her back. The definition of gifted and talented. We've done a lot of work together with the Fringe Benefits/As Seen on TV project, the Mystical Quest to Slay Normalcy, Body Dialogues, and Sigma Phi Lambda. I'm really glad that we're friends.
LindseyShe's an interesting girl who's passionate about Chinese and International Politics. We've been getting to know each other a lot. She talks about the drama in the Chinese department, and I listen. A bit quirky, but good for randomness.
KellyMy second year roommate and fellow Phi Lamb. Total romantic and sweetheart. You might look at us and think we're total opposites (and sometimes we are), but we somehow mesh rather well.
Jess
She's this amazing, confident young woman with a beautiful voice who just happens to be blind. But she doesn't let it stop her from being awesome, and she's my Phi Lamb little!
Sorry if I didn't post specific links for each person or any clickable ones for my pets, but I have just spent the last two and a half hours going through my entire blog to make my cast list. It was worth it, though.
